The Display team at Apple is focused on developing cutting-edge display solutions that enhance the user experience. In this role, you will lead the development of next-generation display integrated circuits (ICs), defining architecture and requirements while collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors. Your work will involve validating silicon functionality and performance, as well as qualifying ICs for mass production. This position requires a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex problems in display technology.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in leading chip architecture and/or analog mixed-signal design and integration
• Design experience in amplifiers, DACs, oscillators, and high-speed links
• Knowledge of digital, analog, and IC design fundamentals
• Ability to conduct experiments during silicon debug and analyze data
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Verilog, or similar simulation and design tools
• Experience in developing and manufacturing high volume products and vendor management

• Architect the display silicon and display sub-system
• Establish design rules and guidelines for display driver IC critical blocks
• Author display silicon engineering requirement specifications
• Collaborate with silicon teams to perform and review simulations
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for custom Apple products
• Define the roadmap for the next generation display silicon and display subsystem
• Manage silicon and system-level risk and performance tradeoffs
