• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Business, Information Systems, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program or portfolio management in a compliance-driven environment
• Demonstrated expertise in readiness management, scope management, scheduling, and resource planning
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, PIPL, and CCPA
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior leadership
• Experience with macOS tools and enterprise program management tools like Wrike, Jira, or Smartsheet
