- Strong ability to think strategically about operational tradeoffs while managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency with data tools sufficient to track vendor performance, cost, and data quality metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing vendor or annotation partnerships specifically for AI safety evaluation, red-teaming, or Responsible AI programs
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to AI safety and content risk across international markets
Responsibilities
- Manage Apple's relationships with internal crowd and external vendor partners for evaluation and data generation.

- Establish processes that connect Red-Teaming, Evaluation, and Post-Ship Insights groups.
- Build and operate mechanisms for shared reporting and tracking across functional areas.
- Shape the tools and infrastructure roadmap needed to support operational functions.
- Drive the operational scaling of data infrastructure for human-labeled goldsets.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, systems, and data flows across functional areas.
- Identify and prioritize tooling and infrastructure investments needed for scaling operations.
