• 5+ years of experience driving alignment on scope, schedule, and resource commitments across large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, PIPL, and CCPA.
• Proven ability to keep scope, timeline, and dependencies on track while ensuring compliance decisions are made by the Legal/Privacy team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Law, or a related field is required.
• Experience integrating business transformation with systems architecture and organizational change management.
• Comfortable operating in environments with high ambiguity and able to bring structure and clarity.
• Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teams without authority.
• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset to ensure fast and lasting decisions.

• Own the partnership with Privacy and Legal teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Translate business requirements into future-state systems and operating models.
