Job description
The Senior Analyst role on the Apple Store Online team focuses on Retail Customer Care performance and decision support. This position involves using data and quantitative techniques to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational performance improvements. The analyst will partner with business leaders to understand performance challenges and translate those needs into data solutions. The role requires building scalable data infrastructure and implementing KPIs that align global teams on a single source of truth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, econometrics or other quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics, data science, or machine learning.
- Proven experience defining, developing, and implementing KPIs or operational metrics frameworks.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake and AWS.
- Experience in customer experience analytics, contact center operations, or customer interaction measurement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the analytical backbone of RCC AMR Operations by partnering with business leaders.
- Define what success looks like and translate those needs into data solutions.
- Own the end-to-end development and implementation of KPIs and metrics frameworks.
- Build the scalable data infrastructure required to track and act on metrics in real time.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and business impacts.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Leverage LLMs/Generative AI to improve productivity and generate new insights.
