Job description

As a Senior Tegra Software Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on advancing innovation in graphics, computing, and AI. This role involves developing firmware and software for security use cases and contributing to the development of NVIDIA's System-on-Chips. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the next generation of technology while engaging with partners to ensure seamless integration. Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Strong system software engineering skills combined with a drive to tackle hard problems.
  • Proficiency in programming and debugging in C, C++, and Assembly language.
  • Good understanding of operating system internals, embedded systems, and security software.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop bare metal firmware, software, and applications for various security use cases and proofs of concept.
  • Handle and debug all security and system software issues for Tegra SoC.
  • Work on ROT (Root of Trust) build in the cryptographic security system.
  • Take an active role in the new silicon lifecycle, from pre-silicon simulation/emulation to power-on bring up phases.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture and different software and hardware teams to improve the next generation of NVIDIA System-on-Chips.
  • Engage with technology partners on critical discussions to ensure seamless integration and flawless performance.
