Job description
The Senior DFX Software Engineer - Machine Learning role at NVIDIA focuses on developing high-performance software for silicon device testing and failure analysis. Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with a preference for a MS or higher degree.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong programming experience in Python or C++, with hands-on development in modern C++ being a huge plus.
- Experience with Large Language Models, Graph Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning for efficient EDA solutions.
- Expertise in high-performance algorithms for DFT, simulations, and failure analysis.
- Deep familiarity with reinforcement learning algorithms like PPO, SAC, or Q-learning.
- Hands-on experience with large scale training and data processing.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance software for efficient test pattern generation and yield learning.
- Create efficient parallel graph traversal and graph analysis techniques.
- Work with multi-functional teams to assess and tackle complex problems.
- Apply LLMs, RAGs, graph-based ML approaches, and reinforcement learning to define innovative solutions.
