As a Senior Manager in Data Analytics and Insights at Fidelity Investments, you will significantly impact the company's analytics and AI strategy. You will work closely with Finance and Technology teams to enhance the conversational analytics capability, Ask BPM, and develop reusable analytical frameworks. This role requires tackling complex business problems and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making for Finance and business leaders. You will also contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related area; MBA or higher degree preferred
• 6 plus years of experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or another analytical field
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data management, and analytics practices
• Growing expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with SQL, Python, HTML, Markdown, YAML, JSON, or similar technologies
• Strong data visualization skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy, operational context, and available data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build consultative relationships and collaborate across functions
• Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced associates
