• Inspect, maintain, and repair data center systems, including servers and network equipment.
• Provide leadership for critical system troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Respond to critical data center events and alarms, acting as a point of escalation for operational issues.
• Monitor plant efficiency metrics and drive site-level programs to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with design engineers to bring an operational mindset to discussions about new infrastructure.
