As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will deliver value to Wealth & Asset Management clients by leveraging your expertise in the U.S. wealth management industry. You will work collaboratively with global teams to provide insights and analysis that help solve complex client issues. This role involves supporting commercialization efforts and developing intellectual property for the business. Occasional travel to client sites is expected as part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a management consultant focused on the U.S. wealth management/private banking sector is required.
- In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 3+ years at a wealth management firm is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Strong business acumen and superior analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Effective written communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to client cases and proposals with relevant analysis and insights.
- Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders.
- Support commercialization efforts for the Wealth & Asset Management sector.
- Develop intellectual property and reusable assets for the business.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.
