Job description

The Senior AI Tech Architect at BCG Platinion is responsible for driving digital transformation through innovative technology solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals. The architect will leverage their extensive IT expertise to design and optimize complex architectures while navigating ambiguity and fostering change within organizations. The position emphasizes a blend of technical knowledge and strategic partnership to deliver impactful results for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience with more than 1 year in IT or Business architecture discipline.
  • Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
  • Extensive technical expertise in cloud technologies, integration methodologies, databases, data analytics, and application modernization.
  • Willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design solution, application, and data architecture.
  • Develop feasibility studies and execute technical proofs of concept.
  • Perform technology assessments and implement IT architectures.
  • Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Design work packages/modules in IT implementation projects.
  • Craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Drive innovation and assist with business development through writing proposals.
