Job description

The role of an AI Tech Consultant at BCG Platinion involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative digital solutions for clients. The team focuses on leveraging technology and data to drive business transformation and optimize performance. Consultants are expected to be strategic thinkers and technical experts who can navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders. This position requires a blend of program management, solution architecture, and organizational change expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Proven responsibility as a team lead within a single module during at least one project phase.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer and results orientation.
  • Gen AI tool fluency and validation of response.
  • Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale ERP projects and develop transformation roadmaps.
  • Link financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions.
  • Evaluate an organization’s IT and enterprise applications.
  • Translate business needs into target state system requirements.
  • Restructure business processes and organization models within an ERP context.
  • Support tech functions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop team talent by providing direction and facilitating discussions.
