As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will be part of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing team, focusing on delivering client value through analytics and institutional capabilities. This role emphasizes the use of SQL, Python, and Excel to address pricing and revenue management challenges, particularly in the travel and tourism sector. You will also play a key role in embedding AI tools within pricing work and supporting case teams with analysis and insights. Collaboration with clients and BCG team members is essential, along with contributing to the development of intellectual property and training junior colleagues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in travel revenue management is required.
- In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 3+ years of industry experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced technical and analytical skills, including RM pricing capabilities and proficiency in SQL and/or Python, are strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI, including building AI tools for collaborative use across teams, is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client value through individual expertise and leveraging BCG Vantage assets.
- Build institutional capabilities and contribute to developing intellectual property for the business.
- Support cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights.
- Help embed AI within TCI pricing work and develop new tools for effective team adoption.
- Work collaboratively with case team members and clients to solve pricing and revenue management challenges.
- Contribute to workshops and proposals while occasionally traveling to client sites.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic and industry expertise.
