The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead and support features within Microsoft's financial data and reporting environment. This role is part of the Commerce Financial Platforms team, which focuses on optimizing the customer journey on the Microsoft Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex projects in a financial reporting ecosystem and will work closely with multiple stakeholders. The position emphasizes strong collaboration, communication, and a growth mindset to adapt to changing business needs.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 5+ years of Program Management, Product Management, or related experience is preferred.
• Experience with Finance, ERP, Financial Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, or enterprise data warehousing solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mercury Reporting & Analytics initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through data modernization and reporting innovation.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders to understand critical business challenges.
• Lead complex, cross-organizational programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Guide modernization efforts across Mercury reporting platforms and financial data ecosystems.
• Drive disciplined program governance to ensure delivery predictability and accountability.
• Build trusted partnerships across Finance leadership and engineering organizations.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor program performance and operational health.
