The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for leading large-scale application development projects and providing architectural guidance. This role requires a strong understanding of client business functions and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The analyst will mentor teams and drive design reviews while ensuring adherence to best practices. The position significantly impacts the overall performance and effectiveness of the business's technology operations.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• Expertise in Swift, Kotlin, Java, and Automation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology patterns and techniques applicable to cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to lead resources and serve as a functional subject matter expert across the company.
• Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.

• Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
• Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews for Agile and Next Gen Architecture projects.
• Communicate risks to business owners to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Create plans that have a clear path to delivery and solve for dependencies between agile and waterfall delivery efforts.
