• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• Experience building data pipelines or automated ETL processes.
• Experience integrating industrial equipment using protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and industrial automation concepts.
• Experience in Space Vehicle/Satellite Operations, Space Communications or related industry.
• Experience working with PyTorch or JAX software, or developing and deploying LLMs in production.
• Experience with AWS or cloud technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Exposure to computer vision for automated quality inspection.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 or similar IT/OT integration frameworks and standards.

• Bridge the gap between IT and OT environments by integrating plant-floor equipment with enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain real-time data pipelines that enable end-to-end production visibility.
• Develop custom manufacturing applications tailored to satellite manufacturing operations.
• Design, train, and deploy applied AI solutions for predictive maintenance and process optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with controls engineers to ensure equipment-level connectivity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to translate process requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Work alongside network development engineers to architect reliable industrial network infrastructure.
