The Sr SDE on the Salesforce Success Central Engineering team will tackle complex problems from architecture to operational excellence. This role involves mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction while building scalable systems that support Amazon's Salesforce deployments. • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with AWS Services including EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS
• Knowledge of access-control systems, network security, and security architecture
• Experience with AI/ML technologies

• Responsible for end-to-end design, development, testing, and implementation of complex problems
• Work with engineers and security teams to define and deliver complex features
• Guide and ensure the quality of architectural decisions across products and teams
• Help establish the long-term success strategy for team-owned systems and development best practices
• Ensure existing platforms and services remain fully supported while contributing to next generation solutions
• Provide technical direction and mentor junior team members
