The Creativity Apps team at Apple is seeking an engineer with expertise in Apple platforms to develop media management and collaboration features for creative tools. This role involves working alongside teams responsible for Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and iWork to create innovative tools for creators. The engineer will set the direction and architecture for new collaborative features while collaborating with human interface designers and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable software development and strong interpersonal skills.

• 2+ years of proven experience shipping high quality, tested code on iOS and/or macOS.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns commonly used in programming for Apple platforms.
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and at least one UI framework such as SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit.
• Demonstrated interest in one of Apple's apps for creative pros and enthusiasts, such as Final Cut Pro or Logic Pro.
• Experience with modern concurrency in Swift, including async/await and actors.
• Proficiency with Swift Testing and/or XCTest.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
