As a Summer 2027 Manufacturing Scientist/Technical Services Intern at Elanco, you will join the Technical and Manufacturing Sciences team at the Clinton, Indiana manufacturing plant. The role focuses on delivering practical solutions to reduce analytical variability and implementing new lab methods. Interns will gain exposure to various career paths and collaborate with diverse subject matter experts. This internship offers a hands-on experience aimed at making a meaningful impact on Elanco's success.

• Currently enrolled in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar major.
• Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn.

• Understand the manufacturing environment and collaborate with different stakeholders to solve problems.
• Work within cross-functional teams to implement process or lab improvements.
• Learn about fermentation, product recovery, product finishing, or packaging.
• Create and use data visualization tools and update documentation.
