Job description

The IT System Analyst will join KLA's Global Workplace Services (GWS) team, focusing on business process alignment and system analysis. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of facilities management and EH&S solutions. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to address complex challenges and improve efficiency. The position emphasizes seamless integration of facilities maintenance and EH&S processes using industry software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Facilities/Plant Maintenance Management.
  • Experience designing and supporting EH&S and Facilities/Plant maintenance management platforms.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and develop functional specifications.
  • Experience of project management delivering end-to-end projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong time management and business-facing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with various teams and stakeholders to elicit requirements and align process changes.
  • Drive integration and solution design across Cloud platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI-based automation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes.
  • Communicate clearly with business and other stakeholders throughout various project phases.
  • Configure application settings and manage user access for cloud applications.
  • Take ownership of technical solutions from design to data integration and architecture.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Test enhancements and bug fixes, coordinating user acceptance testing.
  • Design API integrations with third-party tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
  • Support Snowflake data ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Manage data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines across AWS/Azure Data Lake environments.
