Job description
The Lead AI Tech Architect at BCG Platinion will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative IT concepts and architectural solutions, primarily focusing on the US Public Sector. This role emphasizes the integration of technology and design to address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive IT expertise to drive transformation and optimize IT best practices. They will also mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with more than 4 years in architecture discipline.
- Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
- Extensive technical expertise in various technology stacks and cloud services architecture.
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary teams to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions.
- Design solution, application, and data architecture.
- Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, including functional and technical transformation.
- Craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing quality assurance oversight.
