The QA Engineer Lead – Guideware role at IBM involves designing and executing testing for applications and systems using Guideware packages. • 15+ years of QA automation and software testing experience
• Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Playwright, WebDriverIO, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD
• Experience in API and performance testing using Postman, Karate, and JMeter
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices and tools, including Jenkins and GitLab

• Create test cases and identify test environment and test data requirements
• Estimate work efforts, prioritize testing tasks, and coordinate testing activities
• Execute test cases using automation and manual methods, reporting test status and addressing defects
• Evaluate test results to identify areas for continuous improvement
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and test outcomes to stakeholders
