The QA Engineer Lead – Guideware role at IBM involves designing and executing testing for applications and systems using Guideware packages. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 15+ years of QA automation and software testing experience.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, WebDriverIO, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD.
- Experience in API and performance testing using Postman, Karate, and JMeter.
Responsibilities
- Create test cases and identify test environment and test data requirements.
- Estimate work efforts, prioritize testing tasks, and coordinate testing activities.
- Execute test cases using automation and manual methods, reporting test status and addressing defects.
- Evaluate test results to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and test outcomes to stakeholders.
