The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on leading application systems analysis and programming activities. This role involves collaborating with management teams to enhance system integration and drive product improvements. The analyst will utilize advanced programming knowledge to develop Java-based components and ensure adherence to architectural standards. • 5+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• 5+ years of experience in building Microservices
• 5+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Integration
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
• Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Create solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based components and interfaces.
• Responsible for design, development, code reviews, unit testing, and providing support to the testing team.
