Citi's US in-house creative agency is seeking a data analyst to enhance creative development through performance data analysis and market trend insights. The ideal candidate will consolidate complex data and present findings in an understandable manner for designers and copywriters. This role involves tracking creative results and sharing discoveries with senior leaders. The analyst will also be responsible for uncovering customer insights to strengthen engagement and advising on marketing best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, or related field.
• 8-10 years of related work experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Exceptional reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Tableau software; knowledge in SQL, Python, and/or R is a plus.
• Strong ability to report data and metrics comprehensively.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Passion for analytical thinking and making complex data clear.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and forecast trends to integrate into marketing creatives.
• Work closely with internal clients to collect performance results on in-house agency produced deliverables.
• Collect competitor work samples, identify key takeaways, and share with the team.
• Develop and implement a system for gathering and analyzing data.
• Uncover customer insights through performance result analysis to advise copy and design.
• Lead lunch and learns with the in-house team and marketing partners.
• Present key learnings concisely to a senior-level audience.
• Think strategically to understand business needs and recommend execution methods.
• Distill information from multiple sources into a central, compelling story.
• Effectively manage time to track multiple active campaigns.
