This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-focused product intuition, as you will lead the architecture and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will also mentor engineers and promote operational excellence across the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver intuitive customer experiences that help AWS service teams identify and address resilience risks.
- Lead projects across multiple engineers and make high-judgment technical decisions.
- Own architecture for AI-native systems spanning agents, knowledge bases, and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
- Deliver developer tools that surface resilience context in code reviews and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar for software quality and operational practices.
- Collaborate with partner teams in Amazon to invent and simplify software.
Benefits
- Employees at Amazon are often offered comprehensive health benefits—including multiple medical plan options (no pre-existing condition exclusions, 100% covered in-network preventive care), dental and vision plans, a 24/7 medical advice line from day one, expert second-opinion services, and broad mental-health support with several free counseling sessions (including pediatric). Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
