Job description
The Engineering Manager for the Ads Campaign Management team at Netflix will lead the development of an in-house Order Management System used for executing advertising campaigns. This role focuses on driving success in a fast-paced environment while fostering a high-performing team culture. The team is responsible for managing the campaign hierarchy and closely collaborates with various teams across Ads Engineering and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management systems and a proven track record in leading engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building campaign management systems for ad operations teams.
- Proven ability to deliver APIs and user interfaces for campaign management.
- Experience building monitoring and troubleshooting tools for campaign integrity.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and SLA tracking.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data and ML-driven insights for campaign optimization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
- Experience with modern backend and frontend applications using cloud technologies.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define strategies in a fast-evolving ads landscape.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex systems.
