The Model Identification and Assurance Review Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for enhancing processes within the Model Risk Management (MRM) organization. This role involves evaluating complex issues related to model risk and ensuring compliance with MRM policies. The analyst will work closely with senior management and various stakeholders to oversee model inventory assurance and identification processes. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• 2-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Project Management, or Financial Services.
• Understanding of model risk throughout the model lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.

• Liaise with stakeholders to guide them through the Model Attestation process.
• Monitor and track the model identification process from submission to determination.
• Provide support to MRM Validators to obtain necessary information for model assessments.
• Track the end-to-end model identification process, including submission status and consistency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders within MRM to address inquiries and action plans.
