This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The team seeks innovative engineers who will manage multiple projects from concept to design approval. Engineers will collaborate with internal and external teams and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. • Experience in management of engineering design projects
• 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, and statistical analysis
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval
• Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers during project execution
• Support the Ops Engineering team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch of designed systems
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits
