This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The team is composed of high-impact engineers who work on a variety of projects, including highly automated fulfillment centers and transportation centers. The position requires collaboration with internal and external teams to create cost-effective solutions. The engineer will manage multiple projects from concept to design approval and support the installation and commissioning phases.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis
• Experience with automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
• Own multiple engineering design projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval
• Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers during project execution
• Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of designed systems
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits
