  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or JMP.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor processing and manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
  • Understanding of data structures and data analysis methods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis using statistical and data mining tools to identify defect and yield improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or participate in multi-functional teams to address yield challenges and implement process changes.
  • Collaborate with integration, module, and yield engineers to enhance process quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop tools, algorithms, and methodologies for high-volume data analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions.
  • Execute new product introductions and design of experiments to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Provide expertise to troubleshoot complex yield problems and ensure manufacturability.

Benefits

  • Intel offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, stock programs, healthcare coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and programs supporting employee wellbeing and professional development.
