The Senior Engineer, Quality (Tech Lead) at Elanco will serve as the technical authority for Quality platforms, focusing on enabling and delivering strategic Quality initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management to design and implement complex platform capabilities that align with Elanco's digital quality vision. The position emphasizes innovation through rapid prototyping and aims to enhance Quality workflows. Additionally, the role includes providing mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years working in a regulated environment, such as pharma.
• Proven ability to deliver complex platform enhancements and business process improvements.
• Hands-on software engineering, integrations, and platform configuration skills.

• Serve as the technical lead for Quality Oversight platforms.
• Partner with Product Management to discover and orchestrate strategic platform enhancements.
• Design innovative solutions through rapid prototyping and feedback.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical leadership for junior engineers.
• Own and orchestrate technical validation and release management activities in regulated GxP environments.
