Job description

The role involves serving as a primary technical contact for customers in the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, focusing on ECI applications. The team is dedicated to providing optimized metrology solutions and supporting tool installations and qualifications at customer sites. The position requires collaboration with R&D and engineering teams to drive product improvements and address customer needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about tackling complex challenges.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with no experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Good working knowledge of testing techniques such as spectroscopy, titration, and HPLC.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and in technical writing.
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and industry-standard software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical contact for field and customers on ECI applications.
  • Support tool NPI installation, qualification, and production ramp at customer sites.
  • Deliver timely troubleshooting and resolution for application-related issues.
  • Develop collateral material to support field resolution of metrology issues.
  • Collaborate with field service engineers to ensure tool performance and uptime.
