• Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
• Good troubleshooting skills and proficiency in working on electro-mechanical equipment
• Understanding of software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems
• Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Provide customer service support for a variety of advanced KLA products.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems at customer sites.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules on KLA tools at customer sites.
• Repair and update equipment at customer sites, including system-level problems.
• Prepare Field Service Reports on customer support activity.
• Cross-train and assist other field service engineers as needed.
• Provide first level Applications support.
• Conduct customer orientation and technical training on equipment maintenance support.
