Job description
The role involves the qualification of ECI products, ensuring successful process qualification of systems according to specifications. The team focuses on innovation and collaboration, working closely with engineers and scientists to tackle complex challenges in semiconductor manufacturing. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting systems and ensuring compliance with chemical specifications.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree with no related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of relevant industry or lab experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to multi-task on different projects and reports while focusing on details.
- Experience in interpreting engineering diagrams for troubleshooting and identifying parts.
- Familiarity with various chemical analytical techniques such as Voltammetry, HPLC, ICP, and Titration.
- Experience in chemical handling and interpreting SDS/MSDS for job safety.
Responsibilities
- Qualify all ECI products and ensure successful process qualification of systems.
- Review and validate all chemical packages and qualification data.
- Escalate qualification issues to the manager and create deviation reports for approval.
- Follow qualification plans and procedures, both pre and post.
- Review and verify documentation for chemical specifications and communicate changes.
- Coordinate system configuration based on specific chemistry requirements.
- Ensure all non-conformance issues are properly documented and resolved.
- Independently troubleshoot systems to complete projects on time.
- Review data against specifications and correct any mismatches in the systems database.
- Mix chemicals according to procedures and maintain safety in the working area.
