As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in the Consumer Practice Area, you will be part of a global team focused on delivering value to clients through expertise and proprietary assets. The role involves contributing to client cases, proposals, and workshops while supporting commercialization efforts in your sector. You will also assist in developing intellectual property and training junior colleagues. The position requires a deep understanding of the indirect procurement process and strong analytical skills.

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Indirect procurement is required.
• In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Indirect procurement is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.

• Deliver value to clients through individual expertise and BCG Vantage assets.
• Contribute relevant analysis and insights to client cases and proposals.
• Support commercialization efforts by providing analysis for proposals and marketing materials.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.
• Travel occasionally to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments.
