The Manufacturing Scientist/Technical Services Intern at Elanco will be part of the Technical Services Manufacturing Sciences Lab team at the Elanco Technology Center during the summer of 2027. This role focuses on delivering practical solutions to reduce analytical variability and implementing new lab methods. Interns will gain exposure to various career paths and work alongside diverse subject matter experts. The position emphasizes understanding the Animal Health Manufacturing process and contributing to quality control improvements.

• Currently enrolled in a Biology or Chemistry major, or Chemical Engineering major.
• Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn.

• Understand the Animal Health Manufacturing process and document using GMP guidelines.
• Work within cross-functional teams to implement process or Quality Control lab improvements.
• Learn about fermentation, product recovery, product finishing, or quality control.
• Study design improvement processes.
