Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking a structured sales support professional with experience in Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) to assist senior salespeople in marketing and distributing QIS solutions to institutional clients. The role involves developing a strong understanding of quantitative strategies across various asset classes and preparing client-facing materials. The candidate will also coordinate with different teams to tailor solutions to client needs and maintain relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development efforts. This position is integral to the Equities team and contributes to the firm's commitment to client service and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS)
- Strong understanding of quantitative strategies across asset classes including equities, rates, FX, and commodities
- Ability to articulate investment rationale to clients
- Experience in preparing client-facing materials such as pitchbooks and performance reports
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of quantitative strategies across asset classes and articulate their investment rationale to clients
- Prepare client-facing materials including pitchbooks, performance reports, and strategy updates
- Assist in responding to client inquiries, RFPs, and due diligence requests
- Coordinate with structuring, trading, and research teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development efforts
