The Wealth Data & Analytics Production Management team provides essential data for wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth clients globally. The Apps Support Sr Analyst role focuses on supporting and stabilizing the foundational data infrastructure crucial for delivering private banking services. This position requires in-depth knowledge of application support and involves evaluating complex issues with substantial potential impact. The successful candidate will work closely with users and technology teams to ensure application stability and efficiency.

• 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Good SQL experience in any of the RDBMS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
• Maintain application systems that are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• Manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments.
• Perform same day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
