As a Manufacturing Design Engineer at KLA, you will support the Production team by ensuring the assembly, testing, certification, and shipment of products. You will collaborate with various departments, including Quality, Engineering, and Sales, to address challenges and improve processes. • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Physics/Materials Science is required.
• A Master's or advanced degree is desired.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience in statistical process control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, interdisciplinary engineering groups, customers, and suppliers.
• Experience with tracking non-conformance as well as rework and scrap rates.

• Support operations with the assembly, test, certification, and shipment of products.
• Create and maintain assembly work instructions, drawings, and production documentation.
• Drive improvement projects to meet cycle time targets and product specifications.
• Initiate and drive Engineering Change Orders and structure BOMs as needed.
• Analyze manufacturing data via statistical process control to drive process improvements.
