Job description
Apple is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Apple Services Engineering team, focusing on building distributed large scale data processing systems. The role involves collaborating with Apple TV and Video teams to create impactful data solutions that enhance customer experiences. Requirements
- 3+ years of programming experience in Java or Scala.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Experience working with large scale distributed data processing technologies.
- Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
- Experience working with LLMs and developing AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner teams to design and implement data solutions.
- Develop large scale data pipelines and backend services using microservices and big data technologies.
- Capture cross-functional requirements and translate them into practical engineering tasks.
- Create architecture and design documents.
