This role is part of the global controls team at AWS, focusing on troubleshooting, project management, and maintaining building management and electrical power monitoring systems. The position involves working with experts in the data center industry to innovate and develop new processes. You will be responsible for managing improvement projects and providing technical support to operations. The role requires frequent visits to data centers to ensure compliance and troubleshoot issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management work associated with construction and project execution experience.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial controls in critical environments.
• Experience designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting or servicing HVAC Controls or Electrical SCADA systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of engineering documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Train and assist internal customers with the creation and operation of BMS and EPMS systems.
• Provide technical assistance and support during the life cycle of the data center.
• Develop BMS & EPMS project scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and levels of effort.
• Manage the scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS and EPMS improvement projects.
• Participate in AWS global on-call schedule to provide immediate technical support.
