• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• 5+ years of experience in space systems engineering principles and techniques
• 4+ years of experience in spacecraft systems engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with spacecraft integration and testing
• Master's degree in engineering, physics, aerospace, or similar field or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance of TS/SCI

• Own all aspects of space segment systems engineering including concept development and requirements verification.
• Collaborate with technical program management to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop integrated satellite system designs and solutions by deep-diving into satellite subsystems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system execution.
• Participate in software-to-hardware integration and test activities.
• Perform technical data analysis and maintain systems configurations.
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues using data-driven approaches.
• Develop and improve systems engineering processes and rigor.
