Job description

The Integration Software Engineer role at Apple focuses on developing highly scalable integration platforms within the E-Business Services team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • More than 2 years of experience in building frameworks using middleware like Apache Camel
  • Strong programming experience of over 3 years in Java or Python for building middleware or backend applications
  • More than 2 years of experience working with Oracle or similar relational databases and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of HTTP/S, TCP, DNS, load balancing, JVM, OS, networking, and security protocols including TLS/SSL, SSH/SFTP, PKI, X.509, or PGP
  • Firsthand experience in performance tuning of applications and databases
  • Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile development methodology
  • Knowledge of integrations with cloud-based solutions is a plus

  • Design and build Java-based B2B infrastructure components using object storage and NoSQL databases
  • Develop frameworks using middleware technologies to support integration platforms
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple business and technical teams
