• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing high volumes of simultaneous projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering design-build projects.
• Proven track record managing technically complex spaces, particularly lab and R&D environments.
• Experience working in or delivering construction projects within occupied buildings.
• Managed projects through the full lifecycle: programming, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Expertise in managing project financials across a portfolio.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office tools.
• Experience working within high-design architectural environments.
