Job description

The Senior Process Integration Development Engineer will play a crucial role in Intel's Manufacturing Development Customer Engineering (MDCE) team, focusing on advancing semiconductor technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing excellence and yield optimization while addressing complex engineering challenges. The engineer will leverage big data analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Intel's foundry ecosystem. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with a focus on Process Integration development.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects.
  • Experience in big data analysis for process and manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement and performance optimization.
  • Execute comprehensive feasibility studies and experiments to characterize processes.
  • Utilize big data analytics to identify manufacturing tool limitations.
  • Collaborate with Technology Development and Yield Teams to develop and optimize semiconductor technologies.
  • Implement corrective solutions to yield and performance challenges within established timelines.
