• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background, preferably in Python or Java development.
• Demonstrated experience leading product initiatives from concept to launch and through iterations.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted developer tools, including GitHub Copilot.

• Define and own the product strategy for Python and Java developer tools and AI-first experiences.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify new opportunities and anticipate future developer needs.
• Define clear end-to-end experiences and focus the team on opportunities likely to create meaningful customer value.
• Partner across disciplines to deliver cohesive developer experiences and champion the needs of Python and Java developers.
• Engage closely with early adopters and strategic customers to validate direction and identify unmet needs.
• Establish metrics and analyze usage data to measure success and improve product quality.
• Track emerging AI and developer tooling trends to inform future investments.
