Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead High-speed Electrical/Optical Post-Silicon Engineer to focus on the validation and debugging of next-generation 224G/448G electrical and optical interconnects. The role involves hands-on measurements, channel characterization, and system validation across various platforms. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the readiness of high-speed links and contribute to the development of automation and validation processes. This position is critical for accelerating post-silicon bring-up and improving confidence in system performance.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in post-silicon, SI/PI, SerDes/DDR, optical, package/PCB, or system validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 4+ years of experience with debugging techniques.

• Plan and drive 224G/448G electrical/optical measurements and channel characterization across various channels.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and system validation across reference boards and optical modules.
• Drive PDN measurement and failure isolation across various system components.
• Develop automation, data reduction scripts, and dashboards for validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive closure on validation and debug efforts.
