Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing large engineering organizations.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience with large-scale serving or delivery infrastructure.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on inclusivity and accountability.
- Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM-powered tooling to improve engineering velocity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
