• 7+ years of data science experience with advanced skills in Python and SQL.
• Direct experience with modern data infrastructure like Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt.
• Strong product focus and experience defining user requirements and collaborating with engineers.
• Deep understanding of statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics or survey methodology.
• Direct experience integrating language models into data pipelines for text processing.

• Spearhead the next phase of talent intelligence by building predictive frameworks for workforce analysis.
• Architect a unified workforce data model that integrates data from various recruiting systems and internal tools.
• Define the metrics dictionary and semantic layer to standardize workforce metrics across the company.
• Drive data access control and governance to ensure appropriate access to sensitive personnel data.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture to implement a continuous listening framework for organizational health.
• Act as the technical product owner for internal data interfaces, ensuring user utility and data reliability.
• Enforce rigorous statistical standards through experimental design and A/B testing for predictive models.
